1960s/70s Frank Usher poppy print balloon sleeve maxi dress, small-medium 

gorgeous full length maxi dress with full sheer balloon sleeve, sweeping skirt, scoop neckline, fitted with a grosgrain bow at the waist, giant psychedelic poppy print. Looks great and more dramatic on small frames. Model is tall, about 5’10” and fills out the dress beautifully, but also looks great on shorter frames.
